Uber pokemon are pokemon that have too good of stats and are just cheap.

wait from that list it looks like they are all legendaries. why is garchomp in there?

Garchomp's Uber? Didn't it used to be OU?
Hmm.. Anyways, "Ubers" are basically overpowered Pokémon, too strong to participate in the lower tiers.
If you check their base stats on a site like Smogon, then you'll see how I mean. They tend to come with good movepools and abilities too.

Garchomp had high stats. It is pretty hard for you to defeat him with a average stat pokemon
