Yes, it is. I have been using this team on Shoddy to some success, but I've been having some trouble as well, especially with Gyarados...

Rock Blast for breaking subs, though it's accuracy makes me angry. Works like a charm when it hits, though. Avalanche is a nice surprise for the likes of Garchomp, who definitely have trouble KOing Rhyperior.
