    Bad title...

Anyway, after a lot of considerations, Apple Juice and I (*firestar*) have created a Fish deck, which hopefully, is slightly different, but can hold its own against even the most toughest of decks. Here is the listing now:

    [40] Total
    [19] Monsters
    [3] Superancient Deepsea King Coelecanth
    [3] Royal Swamp Eel
    [2] Oyster Meister
    [2] Fishborg Blaster
    [1] Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua
    [2] Golden Flying Fish
    [1] 7 Colored Fish
    [2] Phantom of Chaos
    [3] Nimble Sunfish

Well, Superancient is obvious, as is Royal Swamp Eel, Oyster and Fishborg Blaster. But here we get to the Earthbound Immortal. Why is this you ask? Well, Apple Juice and I decided to go about it a little differently, and use Mausoleum of the Emperor to be able to special summon Chacu Challhua. Golden FLying Fish is just a poping card, but works really well with Oyster Meister's token, or just loose fish on the field. Unshaven Angler allows for the summon of Superancient, should Star Blast and Mausoleum evade us. Phantom of Chaos allows for reuse of Superancient after its been destroyed, and can combo well with Nimble Sunfish. Nimble Sunfish is somewhat easy to guess why its there, but its defence, and combos well with PoC.

    [17] Spells
    [2] Pot of Duality
    [1] Monster Reborn
    [1] Dark Hole
    [3] Moray of Greed
    [2] Pot of Avarice
    [2] Book of Moon
    [3] Mausoleum of the Emperor
    [1] Star Blast
    [2] Terraforming

Now the spell line up. Most staples are here, minus MST, because its not necessary. Moray of Greed is a fantastically good card, and Pot of Avarice allows for extra draw power too. Mausoleum of the Emperor is mainly to allow for Superancient's summon, allong with allowing Chacu Challhua to remain of the field. Star Blast, again for Super Ancient and Terraforming to pull out Mausoleum, should we not draw it.

    [4] Trapshttps://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Fish_Depth_Charge
    [3] Royal Decreehttps://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Solemn_Warning
    [1] Solemn Judgmenthttps://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Bottomless_Trap_Hole

Well, all staples, along with the Fish Depth Charge. Destroy a card and draw? Ridiculously good xD

That's her, and any comments are appreciated. Thank you!

It's "Apple Juice and I" in the monsters explanation. Otherwise, love it! Thanks for putting it up.

    -1 golden flying fish
    -1 unshaven angler
    -1 star blast
    +1 mauloseum
    +1 metabo shark
    +1 nimble sunfish

well when running "that whale" you're gonna need 3 mauloseums even with terraforming, sunfish should be run in 3's and 3 gff's is too much, speaking of too much, 3 anglers is just that, even with its effect being a double tribute it is not well protected so may not survive to activate its effect next turn, metabo is therefore a perfect sub as you wont listen to me if i tell you that you NEED 2 PoA's.

Play triple Moray and double Pot of Avarice. You can get Superancient's effect off every turn if your opponent doesn't deal with it (and just summon a fresh copy when they do!), so I don't see any reason not to run triple. 7 Colored Fish is actually good, because it is a Fish and its ATK doesn't suck. Play triple Mausoleum and one or two copies of Terraforming for maximum power; do not bother with A Legendary Ocean at all. Unshaven Angler is bad, and you should run 3 Sunfish. I am unsure about Phantom of Chaos.

    Corrected.
    Also,
    -1 Golden Flying Fish
    -3 Unshaven Angler
    +1 7 Colored Fish
    +1 Mausoleum of the Emperor
    +1 Nimble Sunfish
    +1 Moray of Greed
    +1 Pot of Avarice

I need to take out three cards, but what should they be?

starblast for one. as youve allready got 3 mauloseums and a terraforming plus unlike mauloseum it doesnt stick around for reuse.

    -1 Star Blast.

2 more things to go, any ideas?

    @wert: I'm not removing a Warning.

Double Warning is mandatory... they are like two Solemn Judgments except different. Monster removal is at an all-time high in the meta, and you need to run the Warnings to beat up on Black Rose summons and so on.

So what two should I remove?

After testing this on DMG, I have found that receiving no Superancient can guarantee you a lose with this deck, something I would like to change so, any ideas, or is that the way fish work?

This is why you play triple Moray and maybe some Pot of Dualities. Triple Moray helps you turbo through parts of your deck until you draw your Superancient, and then you win. Double / triple Moray along with a medium-sized monster count helps you draw Superancient fairly consistently.

You can cut a Seven Tools... or maybe even two. I am actually a little bent on playing Fish with Decree, because Decree is just so awesomesauce in this meta right now and opens so much space, but it is your choice.

So, cut the Seven Tools, and perhaps replace something with a Decree or two?
    -2 Seven Tools,
    -1 Mirror Force
    +1 Royal Decree
    +2 Pot of Duality

I've decided to have two Pot od Duality in there, and leave it at 42. I've also removed a Mirror Force, because, in this format, it is dispensible. I've replaced it with a Royal Decree. So, thoughts?

When you play Decree you need to play triple Decree and basically no other Traps. (Maybe a Call and a Solemn and that's about it at most.) Don't play a single Decree for no apparent reason... it is not nearly as splashable as Royal Oppression and Skill Drain are.

Ok, I'll try Decree at three with a Solemn J.
    So:
    -2 BTH
    -2 Solemn Warning
-2 Fish Depth CHarge ( imay try using Decree with these)
    +1 Star Blast
    +1 Terraforming
    +2 Royal Decree

That's what I've decided I'll try. Apple Juice, if you want me to change anything, just VM me ;)

Also, I've remembered a combo that Nightstalker told me about. If you summon Jinzo using Call of the Haunted, is it like a monster reborn basically for Jinzo?

yes except you cant use it the turn that you set it, if they kill of call whilst jinzo is out jinzo is not destroyed as a result. why the question though?

When Cirrus said maybe put in Call, I remembered, but wasn't sure if you could actually do that xD

Looks pretty good after all that... But surely there are some better Fish alternatives to 7 Colored? Like Metabo Shark for example - same ATK, with an extra effect.

Maybe even Abyssal Kingshark? You sacrifice 100 attack points for a somewhat decent effect...

You see the build for 7-Colored Fish also plays copies of Symbols of Duty. That is why it is awesome.

Coelacanth into Monster Reborn = yesssssssss.
