Yes, she is from an anime that doesn't have a happy ending called "Kimi ga Nozomu Eien" but I think she is so pretty. ^^

I have seen an AMV of it and it did seem really sad and kinda depressing anime to me. But Haruka sure is cute and she seemed really sweet person in that anime^^
