hi guys! i just watched Celebi the voice of the forest (yeah, yeah, the movie was released quite long ago). i have a question. Was it prof. Oak who ash meets? the boy who comes from the future with celebi.

Well, now you can be sure that it was Professor Oak.
Sammy is the nickname for Professor Samuel Oak, I believe.
