    Hi I was just wondering can you catch a wild mew and celebi in pokemon emerald???
     
    yea you can at faraway island and another island can't remeber the name but you need two special tickets to get thier and you can only get them at nintendo events and since thier are no more in the us you can only Game shark them.

    1. You can only get Mew in Pokemon Emerald if you went to a special Pokemon Event, where you were given the item "Old Sea Chart". You would take it to the Sailor and Lilycove and you would have been taken to Faraway Island, where you would catch Mew.

    2. Celebi is only available through events :S

    Although there are rumors of a glitch to capture it, it has yet to be proven.

    i dont know....don't let that decide it.That clip could've be fake but i sounded real to me but i've never tested out myself.

    One night I was sufing thru the net for cheats on how to catch Celebi on my Sapphire and I came across this vid (It orgininally had no sound so I put some music on so you don't get bored)
    then to check if the vid was real I went to www.serebii.net to the 'Catching Celebi' section and it says their's statistics (I quote 'Their's a certain Hex Event that makes it a 1 in 456 chance of finding it in a battle)
    so anyway I don't know if it's true but Enjoy.
