    Say that there's something like a Hacking thread. The owner of the thread requests that the thread be locked for the moment being, as he/she/they don't need the distraction. Then, when the owner wants the thread unlocked again, must the same mod that locked it unlock it?


    Sorry, this question was just sorta flitting about in my head, and I guess it's not really that important to be answered. >.<
     
    Any moderator for that section and higher can unlock it.
