    Here at KA-BOOM! we are more that a simple hack team of PokéNerds
    who sit in front of a computer trying to out do BILL and adjusting our
    glasses. We are intelligent and creative minds who think outside the box.

    Rather than spend 3 years on remake of pokemon yellow for Fire Red, we
    would rather spend a few weeks making a simple themed hack, which are
    original and memorable.

    How many yellow remakes can you actually remember? too many we are sure.

    Beta Name: Hexia Horns
    Sample Storyline: A familiar styled pokémon story which takes place in a new mirco-region.
    Can you beat all 4 gym leaders and solve all the challenging puzzles before fighting the top 3 trainers in the region?

    The goal is to make a userbar for KA - BOOM!

    ~ Shout out in the Aquatic Sirens blog.
    ~ You get to design the thunder gym leader, and have the character named after you.
    ~ Any pokemon you like, drawn by AQUADAN.

    Yes, I know Altaria isn't electric-type, but a completely Electric-type team would be too easy to beat. The items can be removed if you have problems coding in held items for gym leaders.

    Altaria has 2 problems 1) no electrical moves[cant legally learn any at all; inc. tms & breeding!] 2) its move set is super powerful! love the magnaton and the lanturn

    Wow, its hard working being a project leader! juggling concepts, with storyline and other misc. tasks, such as delegating and people who seem to not be very committed. Rather than focus on the poor points, there have been heaps of advancements in the game. We have decided which 91 pokémon which will appear in Hexia Horns. I have been working on concepts for new items, badges and gym leaders.

    Stats:
    Exterior Mapping - 80%
    Interior Mapping - 7%
    Pokedex Editing - 100% major changes are occurring
    Trainer Editing - 3%
    Item Editing & Evolution Edits - planning

    We are looking for an ASM scripter(s), full time or just freelance.
    We need someone to help edit the opening sequence, and some evolution items.
    Please VM me if your interested, or leave an application here.
    We don't mind if you just want to help edit 3 items, or help for the whole hack, its up to you!

    what sprites exactly are you looking for people to insert, And how complicated is the ASM in your hack?

    So could you make for example: P Belt, an item which would evolve Machop To Machamp?

    well i need to find a spirter first. im not looking at editing all 90 pokemon sprites, i just wanna jazz a few up, and maybe add some things: im looking at making Haunter evolve with Cursed Bones (not Trade), and i want gengar's sprite to have the cursed bones included.
    And the ASM is mainly for: Evolution Items and the opening sequence, for example i wanna remove the boy/girl feature, the naming feature and have the oak speaking section actually cut from oak talking to the starting postion (you start at oaks office, not your room)
     
    I would like to first adulate your css skills, and the organization of this thread. Secondly your maps have some frighting tile errors, and can generally use some work. I think your paragraph is witty, and draws me in. I would apply myself but I don't think I fit well with any of the open positions. I can make some Overworld sprites if you desire, or we can talk about other things. PM If you are interested: I wish you the best of luck.
