Kabutops/Omastar?

Read the title, I need a Kabutops and Omastar. My friend wanted to enter a tourney, and borrowed them, so I'm going to need some replacements.. and I'm a lazy leveler. I'm willing to trade a MYSTRY Mew with a Heartscale for both, and I own all the other first generation pokemon. I also have others, just request.

I can give you them both lvl 100 if I want... I just lvl em up through Rare Candies and give em what EVs through Vitamins...
