Kantos several reapperances

    Its been in every gen so far (we might be without it for gen 5) and from some posts I have seen on here people are getting really sick of it. I might like it to be in the game again if it wasnt the RBY or GSC version for example it jumps forward ten years so most of the gym leaders are changed and new features.

    If it was upto you how long would you keep kanto out the games before its allowed to appear again?
    Would you want to play an updated kanto?

    At least a decade. We already have Kanto in LG/FR and HGSS in recent years.

    Fire Red and Leaf Green were updated Kanto. So I have played in an updated version. Unless your definition of updates differ.

    How do you feel about Kanto?
    It's the first region introduced in the game. So at the very least I have feelings of nostalgia while playing in Kanto. A lot of the routes themselves run into each other so traveling through out the region is pretty easy imo. So as far as mobility concerns I like it.

    I mean updated as in time moved on like in FRLF to HGSS but alot more change like at least 4 new gym leaders and FRLG was trying to be RBY rather than change drastically

    I feel that its best appearance was in the original RBY and in HGSS and should be left as such. Just don't touch it again.

    Would you want to play an updated Kanto?: We already got an updated version of it in HG/SS, so no.
    How do you feel about Kanto?: It's not a bad region, nor is it the best, IMO.
     
    There are a couple things I've wanted to see of Kanto that have yet to happen in any of it's appearances, such as:

    The construction site in Vermilion City, which has yet to be completed!

    The fighting type gym in Saffron. With Pokemon such as Lucario and Gallade much better equip to take down Psychics, Kiyo might have a chance to knock Sabrina out of position as gym leader...Assuming he goes beyond using the Hitmons as his sole fighters.

    Will the Underground Trails ever reopen?

    And more...

    Of course, I can do fine without seeing Kanto for a long while, too.

    I agree with Niprop, I would Love to see what it is.

    Would you want to play an updated kanto? Of course, new Gym leaders, Cinnabar being re-built and so on.
    how do you feel about kanto? I enjoy Kanto, although It is over used.

    well kantos weird because hoenn (if it is remade) will only appear twice and will have a big gap between its apperances unlike kanto
     
    I honestly think Kanto should be done with reappearing. It's appearing too much. It looked great in HG/SS, but I think that should be the last we see of it.

    We need to see Hoenn more imo.
