[General] Karrablast and shelmet trade

Hello! I'm trying to complete my pokedex and I'm basically down to these two pokemon besides the sword and shield legendaries left to collect. I have shield version.

I have karrablast but I need the traded shelmet and the karrablast evolution traded back. Can anyone help me?
