    Alright we all remember G/S/C executives were in suites lol

    but in HG/SS their in black & white uniforms
    could this be a possible an homage (i think thats the correct spellin ^^") to Kateyo Hitman Reborn!s black spell& white spell of the millfoire family?

    This really isn't the right section for this. However, I highly doubt that the black and white suits worn by the Rocket Executives have any relation with Kateyo Hitman Reborn! That said, just going to close as I really don't know where this would fit to be honest. But again, I doubt there is any relation of the two. If anything, they just changed the Executives to have more distinguished suits from the regular grunt members.
