If you look at her first post she only gives it around 3:30PM EST. If your one of sixth posters after her post you win the prize for that day.

Today's pokemon is Jirachi -- FIRST SIX AFTER **THIS** POST WINS.

You can edit post after you're "in" to add FC and time you can do the trade.
