Kecleon is unfair!

I once bought an item in the shop and a Koffing appeared. It used Selfdestruct and damaged the Kecleon. Kecleon beat the Koffing and than fellow me until I reached the stairs. It was a Level 1 Dungeon, so he was a real help XD
 
Keclion is the hardest poke to beat I think. Rayquaza? No problem! Mewtwo? Bring it on! Team Meanies? Please. But Keclion and his army of invincible merchant rip-off monsters? AAAAHHHHH let me get away from here please! PLEASE!!!!
However I am formulating a strategy. I'm going to get Sky soon and I'm going to go as Riolu. However, I'm going to get a dusknoir and steal whatever I want and hide in the walls. After some tests to work out how much HP the little horrors have, I'll burst out of the walls for the final blow, and I'll keep doing that untill I recruit the thing. Then it'll be seed-what-teleports-me-to-stairs and away I go, now with an awesome sidekick.
Lucario + Dusknoir + Keclion... mmm has a nice ring to it don't you reckon?
But to save tiome, does anyone know his HP and recruitment chances?

His HP is 289, level 49 and his recruit rate is -49,5% so it means the pokemon who wants to recruit Kecleon needs to have Amber Tear/Golden Mask + level above 90 and the most important thing is Fast Friend IQ skill. So Lucario unfortunately cannot recruit it.
But with all of that his recruit rate is 0,5%
