Yeah you can have them for free, I don't think there's anything I need right now and you've been kind to me so it only seems fair, if you've got anything half decent you don't mind trading away then I'll accept that, but if not I'm perfectly happy with filler :)

Wow strength training sounds like hard work !! Would it have anything to do with you Free running pic ??

:) I'm just doing a temp trade right now to give someone some dex info, if you don't mind doing it in a little while ??

It is quite hard work, but it pays off in the end, My friends have a saying "Parkour makes you sexy!" I think they like the results strength training has on your body! But yeah you're right it is a lot to do with my free running picture, It's my main passion in life so I'm working hard to be the best I can be. I teach classes at weekends so I have to be on top form, the kids wouldn't respect a weedy teacher for free running!

I don't mind waiting to trade, I'm going to go out to do some light exercise and stretching now anyway so when I get back could work.

Sorry, I didn't mean to shock you :P I'm passionate about lots of things, Parkour and Pokemon rate pretty highly though!

Like I said I like helping people out. If it's something I can get easily or have excess of I don't mind just giving it. People have been nice to me so I'm just giving a little back. I Don't want anything for a simple little berry xx

Well I might be getting a Darkrai over the weekend if all goes to plan and so then I'd have a spare one you could have, but I am only just setting that trade up so can't be sure right now . . .
Sorry missed the Shaymin bit lol. Yeah if you want. I am also getting another Shaymin after I finish leveling up a poke. If you have any events I'll trade you it xx

If you don't have any spare events you can just have both the Darkrai and Shaymin, I don't really need another Shaymin anyway :) xx
 
you shaw!! wow you sooo kind i will give you a one of my breed program torchichs[i am trying to get egg moves overheat,fireblast,shadowclaw and peak still missing shadow claw] and one of my faves mudkip or you could have charmander with overheat if you like.
