Ok In Monstro How Do You Get Monstro To Cough You Up I NEED COMBINATIONS To Help Sora Get Coughed Up

All you need to do is destroy all the heartless in that last room. And then the bar fills. When the bar is filled, keep destroying heartless. Then you get coughed up.

Combination wise, sonic blade is great to use. But that's if you even have that combo, yet.
