Unless the Latias is an Event or a Shiny, I can't take it for a Shiny Eevee.

Hey. Hey i would really love a growlithe or charmander (any level is ok). So i was hoping you could help me with that. Got a Gastly,Vulpix, Magmar, gastly, Slowpoke, togepi, geodude, flaffy, paras and a machop to trade with. And i might be able to get a chinchou for you to. I hope you can help me. If possible, I can get you a legit Member's Card Darkrai for the Shiny Adamant Torchic. If not I also have a Milotic, Gible, and all fossil Pokemon(Cranidos). I also have a Seadra and I have several Dragon Scales. I'm willing to trade multiple Pokemon for the Torchic.

Sounds good. I only require one Event for a Shiny.
As a side note, I think the Shiny Torchic is legit; I believe that someone used a few rare candies on it. If you find that you don't want it, feel free to return it. Your pokemon will be refunded if you do.
