the EVs are the stats righ if so 299/301/182/222/204/195

The EVs are the hidden values that determine what their stats will be as they grow, depending on what they fight. See: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/EV

I can check them for you in Wi-Fi, I think.
