All of this prequel stuff is mere speculation. Nothing's set in stone. I'm sure many people speculated all sorts of odd ideas when the secret ending of the first game was revealed. >.>

I personally can't picture Kingdom Hearts without Sora, King Mickey, and all of the others. I mean, how would Disney worlds be included if you're Xehanort or something? Would you even play as Xehanort? That would be... stupid. I just don't get it. Not to mention, how would they include Mickey, Donald and Goofy with someone in the past? What, are they going to be past versions of them from the Timeless River?? I'm sure that Disney is not going to work on the game unless their three guy get some main spotlight.
 
For KH3 I would like it to ba longer. KH2 was too short but it was awesome. Also more Keyblades and maybe more playable characters like Riku and maybe Kairi.
 
Axel needs his own spinoff >.>. Maybe a DS game where you control Axel thoughout Chain of Memories and 2...eh? EH!?!

In any case, I can't see a Kingdom Hearts 3. Sora and Riku got back to destiny island. Unless the King's note is what'll happen, I dout it. Besides, the Organization is gone...unless the 5 pods in the Mansion in Twilight Town are actually holding the Organization Members of CoM....but I doubt that.

If anything, Malificent and Pete take over the world that never was, and King Micky is asking Sora and co to defeat them. Besides, Malificent is unbeatable. =P.

And please, Square-Enix. Please please please never force us to switch to Riku when his controls suck. Make him have the same moves Sora has, please? =)
