Since they're clones, would you take starting pokémon for them? (I have every kind.) I also have Eevees, Munchlax, or some other uncommon types I'd trade.

it depends on the nature and lvl =)
Shinies are worth more than most Pokemon.

I got a kyogre right now but my other legendaries aren't cloned yet so that's it I got. I know you won't trade it for that becuase you have like 2 lvl 70s and 2 lvl 100s
 
And I could add a masterball if that would help.
 
So would you trade a shiny charmander for a kyogre and masterball? Because thats all i got atm. I would have more but I need to finish emerald lol
