Would you be able to trade a Johto starter for a Uxie or Azelf? Or all Johto starters for one of the legendary birds?

Is that a yes or a no...? And not just a bird, a bird of your choice! I'could also add in a Uxie and/or Azelf because I don't really care for them. Though I'm not giving up more than one bird.
