    Kip-kip's Cool Art Thread. I drew some cats. The first one is a one with a gun and the other one is a Jedi from Star Wars. I call him Lord Cat.
    If anyone knows how to outline my art and color it on the computer without Photoshop or any kind of paid art program, please tell me.

    Um... interesting, to say the least. o_O; There's something missing, but I can't quite put my finger on it... x.x

    As for the colouring, paint can suffice there. Yes, the evil Paint, but it requires a lot of patience...
