The Elekid is KB, Apricorn Ball, and flawless IVs, so I'd be looking for a 5-6IV KB Shiny for it if possible :)

It is Docile nature, so I'm guessing it's not competitive :/

Shiny Raikou is a fairly rare Pokémon.... I would trade it for a Pokémon of the same value, sorry :/
