They're all very similar. The backgrounds only have been colorized, other than that they're all the same. And you always put a box in your banners. You need to use some more effects like lighting, color balance, and brightness / contrast, and that stuff. They're pretty empty too. Maybe find some of Akari's sparkle brushes to brush over the render and so on.

I second that. More depth is needed. Brushing and adjustment layers are a huge part of GFX! I can give you some brushes if you want.
