I had an art topic like a year ago, but that's like forever and a half...
This thread has also been copied and pasted to save time.

I've been drawing forever, but as of last year, I conquered the color hurdle with my artwork. This is one concept that has been eluding me for many years and I was prouder than a three armed monkey when I did my first colored piece! :)

In the past year, I've done primarily pokemon drawings, but that's ok because we're all nerds on the inside.

Let's start with some of my good non-colored art first.

I did this piece a couple years ago after finishing up Resident Evil 4. I felt like i would be fun to make a monster that has no point to it whatsoever, then made it a messy rotten corpse. :)

Another one of my favorite video game series is Castlevania. I was developing my own CV fangame last year, but ditched it because I am too ambitious. Anywho, the Hero was Julia Belmont, daughter of Julius:

One of the bosses for the game was Charybdis, which is a monster from the Odyssey and was the sister to Scylla, who made an appearance as a boss in Symphony of the Night. Warning, the following image contains boobages:

I just finished this piece today. It's for CaP's Ghost/Steel type. I designed it around the Vassago enemies from Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. I made this using a different technique. It takes alot longer than my standard one, but looks damn impressive in the end.

Wow i like your art, a lot, but they don't really seem like fakemon to me, unless they weren't
(the cross types) tough they were really really good, they seem to be a bit vicious xD, these would do awesome in a digimon thing... :P still they're really great, especially your milotic, and your ghost steel colored drawing

The shading on your Lapras is phenomenal.

Slight bumpers. This is my first non-pokemon art in god knows how long, and it feels excellent to not be haunted by visions of pokemon dancing through your mind.

Essentially, this pic was more or less a practice of shading and line structure with my cg style. I also picked up a bit of anatomy along the way as working with people is great every now and then.

Essentially, I converted a still photograph and touched it up and incorporated all the appropriate shading and highlight effects. I daresay I was blown away myself with the final result. Even the hair, which is always my worst thing, came out great.

Possibly my best pic to date.

I dunno if anyone here is a fan of the Ys series, but I did my own artistic interpretation of Darm, the final boss of Ys II.

I tried out a couple new techniques, including the fire in his crystal, but the end result came out phenomenal.

Would it be weird of me to be considering having this tattooed on me?

One of my best pieces yet, I think.

Drew my little dragon locked into mortal combat with MegaSeadramon, the Digimon he eerily resembles. I believe MegaSeadramon was capable of firing off electric bolts from his horn in the show. If not, oh well he does now.
