Blastoise and electivire are not ev trained to my knowledge.
Vulpix (lvl. 28) and Aipom (lvl. 43) are untouched.
Vulpix is bashful
Aipom is Careful
Vulpix is Brave
Blastoise is Bashful
If you wish to switch Blastoise out, I have either a female Lax bulbasaur or a Brave chimchar w/ tp and fp to offer. (both shiny)
