They're not great I don't think -

Zapdos - #145 (Modest)
HP: 28
Att: 4 - 5
Def: 24 - 25
SpA: 14 - 15
SpD: 12 - 13
Speed: 24 - 25

Meh, it's hard to get good IVs for legendaries.
