XD! They make it part of the syllabus to be educated about the dangers of smoking, drugs, and alcohol.
 
Yep, the school tries to prevent that but you never know, someone could be smoking on the school campus. Not everyone thinks about these things the same. Maybe thats why I got a C+ on my Health test.
 
I'm so glad I grew up in the 90's, a more educated age on smoking and drugs. I'm glad I'm educated in that area on what not to do.
 
People smoke in our school toilets; it's stupid, really, as anyone in the nearby classrooms can smell it and the teachers can choose to go and catch them if they want. x_x The other day, even, I heard someone say "I'm going for a smoke." Why are people so easily led? >< I wish the population thought for itself and stopped smoking.

I'm glad I grew up now, too. A lot sucks about our world, but it's a better world in general.
 
I agree, I try to reason with my friends about them stopping, but they just can;t, they say its like something that its hard to control and stop. Oh well, I do wish they'll be okay later in life.
 
I just can't believe people risk their lives to do such things to their selves. x.x; Their was a big drug bust at my school a year ago, when over 100 kids were caught carrying drugs on campus. I think our worlds going to ... You know where.

My friend doesn't smoke. She's sensible like that.

But it's scary, seeing what an education, or lack of, can do to a person's mentality. My mother thinks marijuana isn't as bad as the other drugs; heck, she even takes it occasionally. o_o She grew up in an age where everyone thought it was okay.

OMG, wow, that's a lot of drugs >< And kids! That's really awful.
 
In the tape I saw, it featured some artists of the 80s making a commercial about smoking, I guess it was the artists that made others do it. Its like if they see someone cool smoke, they will too. Its a chain reaction.
 
Let me guess, your mom grew up in the 60's/70's era right?

And yeah, that is alot of kids. Its horrible to see the effects all this is having on our education right now.
 
Yeah, I worry about my brother like that. He's not the kind of kid that follows celebrities; he's the kind of kid that follows the kind of kid that does. x_x He says he's not going to smoke, but he's not exactly a perfect example of self-control... o_o
 
Almost 95% of students here smoke because their friends do and they think its cool. Well if smoking is for making you cool then I might as well won't be. I like having my lungs clean and not filthy. Once they get old, they will suffer many diseases. I just sounded like my teacher XD
 
My brother smokes, hes 22 though. He can ruin his own life though.. Hes trying to stop, with patches and stuff. He's actually doing better though.

When I lived in Califronia, there was alot of drug related problems there. Thats why I moved, I didnt know who to trust.
 
My mother has patches from years ago that she never even used. ._.; My father stopped with patches originally.

Yeah, peer pressure is stupid. In the end, even if everyone who chooses not to smoke gets outcasted, at least we'll be the ones alive after them.

I hate this connection... it keeps stopping and starting...
 
I wonder if the Nicotene helps them stop. Theres also for chewing as well.

Thats true, if they continue, their voice box gets raspy and they have to operate them and put them that robotic voice, I've seen people have that, its just sad ;__;
 
I didn't know it messed with their vocal cords! X_X
 
Your exactly right Kylie. We'll be the 178 years olds that havnt passed on because we never tryed drug related things. When all the unfortunate people who did try drugs passed away at 50.

Yeah it does, thats why people who have smoked have that an opening in their neck so that they can put the mike in there to speak. I don't know whats it call though, but its really sad.

178 xDDDDD Apparently in some [insert period of time here], the retirement age will be 100... o_O like, when we're still alive and stuff.

Although estimates are just estimates. People used to think the world market for computers was seven. o_o

That must really hurt, to have a microphone in your throat ><
 
*pictures an old lady with a half a microphone sicking out of her neck* Nice thought there.. XD That would be very painful though..
 
And they sound like a robot, I've only seen one person in real life who uses that.

Well can't tell if my uncle will get it, he smokes some big cigars that comes all the way from Ecuador.
