I can understand it when life gives you a kick in the behind. I'm usually there most of the time, but you can't let yourself fall under its pressure.

And when all else fails.

Play a FPS!

Killing random enemies with an assortment of guns, explosives and tactics.

Seems pretty calming to me. xD
