I'm new to this and tried a few splices. Tell me what ya think:

I don't really like this one actually.

(Abra, Aerodactyl, Abomasnow, Aggron, Absol)

This one was my first (sorry about the size)
(Scizor, Ledian, Vibrava, Beedrill, Shedinja)

I thought this one was kinda cool
(Ampharos, Alakazam, Abimpom, Aipom, Altaria)

I messed up on the end of the tail on this one
(Arbok, Arcanine, Arceus, Ariados, Armaldo)

This one is probably my favorite
(Milotic twice, Empoleon, Gorbyss, Anorith)


And last but not least......

That's right, PokeSamus. Messed up on the hand but I still liked this one.
(Abra, Giratina, Deoxys defense, Geodude, Infernape, Deoxys normal, Porygon, Qwilfish, Rhyperior, Magmortar)

You need to work on your color choices a little... for instance, there's too much contrast between the burgundy and yellow on the Milotic, and the bright blue on Arbok stands out too much. You should also only resize on a 1:2 or 2:1 scale... see how the Arceus wheel on Arbok and... pretty much everything on Abra/Aggron, have really thick parts in their outlines? Distortion like this is caused by improper resizing. 100% is your image's default... so, you'll want to resize it by changing it to 50%, 200%, 400%, etc.

i like the (Ampharos, Alakazam, Abimpom, Aipom, Altaria) guy a lot, but the legs of the ampharos still look like there standing, but the colour choice is very nice in my eyes

good point about the legs
