I really love them all, the coloring and shading is so well done. But you did see your flaw on your ariel one, so you should fix that because I'm dying to see how it would look like. I think for the last one, the boys eyes are a bit too small for his head, so you should make them a bit bigger

A number of these have nice hair without showing the line art behind it (if there even is line art). You do hair quite well, so why not try applying that skill to the rest of the characters? I say this because the outlines are sometimes rough and stand out enough that you can see where each stroke begins and ends (like the arms on #2 and #3). But if the lines are going to be so prominent I'd like to see them smoothed out and vary in thickness, particularly if a line tapers off.

the Pokemon aren't bad, but for Aipom, I think for the fingers you should make them rounder and a bit taller

I don't know who these people are but they simply look amazing. But for the Alice as Haron I think you should make the earrings and barrets in her hair not to be the same color as her hair
