So I've been EV training my Manaphy, I gave him 4 Calciums, then I went to buy another one, and when Igave it to it it didn't want to, what is wrong?

But if you got your Manaphy from a trade, it either probably had already been given 6 vitamins, or it was only missing 31-40 Speed EVs.
Or you don't know how to count XD

What, you think you can just pack your pokemon with steroids until his stats are all 999? Didn't thinks so.

I know how to count <_<, and yes it was traded, but he looked fine, and I checked the IV calculator and didn't say anything about Ev's.The maximum amount is 10, though.

When it comes to traded Pokémon, you can't be 100% sure whether or not it is untouched. You may want to use the EV-reducing berries to check what EVs it did have, or better yet, take it back down to 0 EVs in all stats and start from scratch.
Pomeg - HP
Kelpsy - Attack
Qualot - Defense
Hondew - Sp. Atk.
Grepa - Sp. Def.
Tamato - Speed
If the EVs in a stat are above 100, the first berry you use for that stat will take it down to 100. Each berry after that point will reduce it by 10, so at most, you will need 11 to reduce a stat all the way down to 0.
