Originally, you were supposed to be able to catch Pokemon such as Houndour and Smeargle in there, but NoA removed them so now the only thing you can capture are Zubats.
 
But it does not matter because you can catch all of the Pokemon that would've appeared in the Altering Cave in Pokemon Emerald.

Even Mewthree? My friend told me that with the gameshark you can catch Mewthree in the altering cave? Is that true? :surprised
 
After reading a couple of your other posts elsewhere, I'm sure you're aware that plenty of people have told you that Mewthree does not exist. Period. Mewtwo and Mew are IT.
 
Of course you can catch Mewthree in the Emerald....o.O yeah right are you kidding me? Your friend is a liar. Based on your posts saying he caught a Mewgakillion or something like that, and Mewthree, I mean come on, do you actually believe him?

yes indeed there is no such thing is mew 4 unless I MADE 1, BUT i think mew3 or 4 is going to exist IF the pkmn episords (can't spell that word properly)is at about 600 or something like that (my opinion)
