Lag in Bush Flag tiles

    hey everybody, for some reason when i have the bush flag turned on my game laggs like crazy, i have to turn it off on my grass tiles because of lag but now it looks weird. is there a way to reduce lag?
     
    does anyone else's game lag when running through grass or is this just me, and if it is common does anyone know how to fix this?
     
    Does this happen in Essentials only?

    I had lags while using SimpleHud (whenever it updates...)
