Lag?

I get lag basically whenever I use a menu in the game (battles, bag, etc) and I was wondering if it's my computer or my game and if it's either how i could fix it?

Do you have a .gif or .mp4 so we know what you consider to be lag? I doubt it's your computer.

The game seems to slow down when i scroll through the debug menu and the bag menu
