Is it worth catching the lake pokemon? I'm currently at the Elite 4, training my pokemon.

Also is it worth it to train a Gible? I'm not sure how good his evolved form is? Any advice?

    Also one more question xD
What should I save my master ball for?

    1. No not really, if you want Water Poke'mon.
    2. Yes he is worth training, when it evolves into Garchomp, his attack is unbeleivable.
    3. Well if you caught Palkia or Dialga with an Ultra Ball...well save it for a safe keeping.

Save your master ball for Cresselia or Mesprit, they're wandering pokemon, and annoying to catch otherwise =P

Ok, I caught Palkia with a Quick Ball on the first turn w/o anyone attacking so I'm good =P I'll save it!

Sorry for the double post, but one more question...what about Riolu / Lucario, is hatching the egg worth it?

Yes, they are very good in the Elite 4. But Azelf is the only one suitable for professional competetive battling.

Definitely. It's Attack stat and Speed stat turn it into a feared and ferocious physical sweeper.

Arceus, when it comes out. XD

Lucario makes a moderately good offensive pokemon. Capable of being in the physical, special, or mixed sweeper. So yes, I would say so.

    Thank you for your responses.

One more, is coming across a Bagon very rare?

only the azelf is worth it.. if thats what u are talking about when you refer to "lake" pokemon

as for the gible.. yes... it evolves to garchomp and that thing wreaks havoc on us all... make sure u get one... its awesome

    Got a Gible - Level 22 atm....now looking for a Bagon, I hope to have a dragon-team in the future :)

To get Bagon you need to use the PokeRadar on that route right above the route above Solaceon Town. Well, at lest, that's how I got one.

What is the PokeRadar? Is that the PokeEtch app?

Nevermind, I found out what it is...I still need to beat the E4 so I guess no Bagon for now.

i dont like the lake pokes too much; they made them too similar. why cant they do fire, water, electric like they always do instead of all psychic like they did this time?

Its quite worth it. The lake pokemon will make things much easier.

Garchomp is incredibly powerful and quite useful. Yes, you should.

Save your master ball for cresscelia

The lake Pokemon are definitely worth it- Azelf is the clearcut strongest, but they're all pretty good.

Garchomp (Gible's evolved form) is one of the strongest Pokemon in the game. Seriously, it's a beast.

Lucario is strong as hell, too. Definitely worth it.

Of course, it's the Elite Four, so it really shouldn't pose much of a problem.

lol i managed to catch mespirit and cresselia purposely at night using dusk balls and ultra balls :D i had to put cresselia to sleep with a jigglypuff holding a quick claw though xD and then using a wobbufet and golbat. But anyway id say everything has already been said :D

it is easy to get mesprit and cresselia all you need is wobbuffet to trap them and weavile to use false swipe and get it straight away in an ultra ball

    thats what i did anyways
