Lance and Team Magma

    In Advanced Generation season of anime, it was revealed that Lance was doing some mission undercover, pretending to be a crew member of Team Magma. What if they went towards this route differently, and turned him into an actual Magma member? What are some things that you would have seen him done, and how much of a change would the anime have had? Maxie's plan was bound to fail because of Ash, and when it did, how would you feel if they were to kick their leader off and have Lance take over his place?
     
    Lance could pretend to team up with Archie, and eventually manipulate Archie so that he could have both Groudon and Kyogre. I could see Lance having Kyogre and Groudon fighting, and using that fight to attract Rayquaza. Since Lance loves Dragon types, a legendary dragon like Rayquaza would be a perfect fit. I don't know what he would do with a Rayquaza though lol.
     
    It was weird Lance was in Hoenn in the first place, and for Steven and Wallace to get completely ignored. Wallace, at least, got to randomly turn up in Sinnoh, but Steven was left in his cave in early AG...I wonder why they didn't include one of those two instead?
