Lapras Annoyer/Wall Moveset

    So i got a lapras & its trained for def. sp def. and hp. I need to use it as a wall and an annoyer. wats a good moveset for this? PLEASE HELP!!!

    Lapras @ Leftovers/Wide Lens (for sing)
    Careful Nature (+Sp Def, -Sp Atk)
    180 HP/212 Sp Def/116 ATK
    -Ice Shard
    -Curse
    -Substitute
    -Confuse Ray/Sing/Roar
     
    Lapras @ Leftovers
    Bold
    252 Hp/156 Def/100 SDef
    -Sing
    -Confuse Ray
    -Surf/Ice Beam
    -Perish Song (to force switch)

    pure annoyer
