[Merchandise] Lapras plush question

So, I got a really tiny Lapras Pokemon Center plushie from Wish.com and I was wondering, On one side of the tush tag it says 2007 and the other side says 2013. I don't know why it says different years on both sides of the tush tag. It has a purple shell and is about 4-5 inches.

Chances are, if you bought your plushie off of Wish, then it's probably not an official Pokemon product. That's not to say you shouldn't be happy with your purchase, but usually knockoffs like these don't pay attention to smaller details like the dates on tags.
