Lapras pre-evo and ice eeveelution!!!

What do you think? I made two of the lapras pre-evo because i couldn't decide whether it looked better with or without the horn. I call it Lazuli. Y'know, lapras lazuli... like lapis lazuli. Oh, and no comments about it looking like a horsea, it meant for it to be a seahorse. Random thing to notice: it's tail looks like a lapras ear. Ya, and the ice eeveelution I call tundreon. I just think it fits. Well, without further adieu!

ahh i like the pre-eno of lapras, im just trying to work out what pokemon the head came from, though it may be custom. Personally i prefer it with the horn seeing as lapras also has a horn

The Tundreon... first of all great name, but i like the idea, but i dont think it would have the same fur around the neck that flareon does ;) but still good work on both, i see no flaws in spriting technique

Thanks! The head is a custom job. And you were pretty clever with tundreon when you guessed flareon, but the mane comes from eevee. I tried to make it like an opposite of flareon. The tail, though, is a flareon tail, however, and because I'm lazy I just recolored it. I had the fact in mind that the eeveelutions aren't so much made of their element, as they are built to survive in it, so I decided on a more rugged furry look over an icicly one. If you want to know, the head for lazuli is based on latias. :D

Umm... the pont of you showing me those is? I dont mean to be rude, but if you plan to bash me without telling me why, I think I'll have to retaliate! ^^
A:The normal evolution(I'm guessing the type), is a barely modified flareon with eevee colors...
B: The grass one's parts don't blend too well...
C: The gray one(metal?) is waaaay too umbreon.
D: Congrats... you can give an espeon fearow wings and an articuno crest...
E: Your pre-evo is a freaking teddiursa!
F: The ghost is creative, but obvious... Jolteon, Ghastly, Haunter...

Now don't get me wrong, they're good, but really just recolored splices... Not good enough to warrant conceited unconstructive critisism. Oh, and just for the record, I respect your creativity, but there hasn't yet been a physical type eeveelution. After 5 evolutions it doesn't seem likely they'd make one. From now on, let's keep this clean. Spriters should be able to come in here and learn from eachother, not suffer through flame-fests. Please, excuse me if that sounded like bashing, because it wasn't intended to be as such. Au revoir for now!

EDIT: I plan on making more new pokemon later, but I have no clue what... I'm up for suggestions. Now keep in mind I'm not going to do requests for custom pokemon because that will just make me nervous and you probably won't like the outcome. :/ I'll probably open up a request shop some time soon, though. But anyways, you have a pokemon that you'd like to see evolve/devolve, name it and I may give it a shot. BTW, I've pretty much settled on the horned Lazuli. Oh, and Jebus, if you'd just edit your post with what you don't like, I'll have no hard feelings toward you. Ciao!

The Lazuli isn't bad. I like the custom head. The seahorse idea isn't necessarily bad, but you should edit the body to look less like Horsea. Another idea to think about, one of Lapras' main features is its shell. You should try adding a little shell on its back. That would be cool to see done.

Tundreon could use some work. Mostly in the shading area. The light source is not consistant and the tail/back area looks a little odd.

Overall, these are pretty good. And mega-props for the original ideas. We need more of those around here. And yes Kryos, Jebus' eeveelutions are just plain bad.

First off, I have to say - the Lazuli is so cute. I think the version with the horn looks better, as it helps give the Lazuli more resemblance to Lapras. Since I can't find anything that's really wrong with those sprites, I'll just move on, then...

Thus...regarding the Tundreon. The major thing I see with it, though I'm not sure if it's just the angle of the sprite or the position of the back leg or what, is that it doesn't seem to have too much of a body. ^_^; Maybe if the back weren't sloping down so much from the neck, or if the back leg was moved to a different position, or if the body of the Tundreon was elongated a bit...then it wouldn't look quite as odd. That same area could also use a little bit of highlight, as well. Other than that, I do like the idea and color scheme of the Tundreon. :)

Well, I took the advice for the tundreon and tried a shell on lazuli. I didn't really like lazuli's outcome, so i changed it up a bit. I gave it fins and a single spike on its back. It's shell forms when it evolves into lapras. ^^ I hope you like the changes!

EDIT: Now that i look at tundreon, i think I do something to that hind leg. It's to... flat? Idk, I see where you guys are coming from. What do you think I should fix?

sorry for that outburst, your right I should add a physical type of eon to my list, my dream is to make one of each type, some have to be redone and there is quite a bit more to do wish me luck

Yeah it does look a bit little for a shell now i look at it again, but i dont like the spike on the back,

but the fin does make it look less like a horsee :P
