Last names

    Something occured to me when I last watched the anime on tv. The only characters on the show with last names are Ash,his mom,Professor Oak, and his grandson Gary. All the other main characters have only first names.

    Not really. Brock has Slate and Misty has Waterflower. Many characters have last names.
     
    I am very suprised you three havent gone to the TV.com website as it has a pokemon section there which says what the characters actual last names are, below are the actual full names of Misty & Brock

    Actual Full Names Of Main Characters
    Misty Williams
    Brock Harrison

    If you dont believe me that these are the actual last names go to www.tv.com and find pokemon tv series

    Yes, um, I don't believe they've ever been officially given them. Otherwise, wouldn't Misty follow Ash's suit and introduce herself with her last name included? Though if they were given official last names, I wouldn't doubt "Slate" and "Waterflower". This is 4Kids we're talking about.

    Oh, and agreed with Psychic*Absol, sites that are like TV.com and such, tend to get their facts mixed up. I read on one such site (forget which it was) that stated clearly that the Iron Masked Marauder from the fourth movie was a descendant of Jessie and James. I mean... dude... he's not even from another time! >o<
