I was excited about making this team, mainly because I was able to use a lot of guys I haven't tried before (besides Gengar, who has been on basically all of my serious teams). Unfortunately, I suffered many losses today, a lot of them were pretty bad too. However, I revised the team many times, tried out many different sweepers and leads, and I found this lineup to be the most effective, as well as the most fun to use. I had a really hard time beating Zapdos, but I found Swampert + Jolteon to work quite effectively, since the huge increase in HP Grass has come about, I'm a bit hesitant to bring in the mudfish to all the Zapdos's I see. So far, I've found Oven Rotom to be fantastic, as it cripples a huge majority of the walls and tanks like Blissey and Skarmory (though the latter I just outright hit with Overheat). Scizor is fantastic, and I haven't had any disappointing games with him honestly. Overall, I think this was one of my better teams, but of course Smogon, I ask you to make it better :<

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Jolly
252 Att/252 Spe/6 HP
Stealth Rock
Taunt
Stone Edge
Earthquake
I chose Aerodactyl as my suicide lead for many reasons. The main reason is that he's the fastest availible one, as well as being one of my favorite Pokemon overall. The other is that he's immune to Sandstorm, which is crucial since the old leads such as Azelf and Infernape had their Focus Sash's ruined by leadoff Tyranitars and leadoff Hippowdons. Taunt and Stealth Rock offer the greatest team support I could find. Stopping foes from deploying their own rocks or setting up Dual Screens is excellent, as it being able to 2HKO leadoff Gyarados and Salamence if I choose to take the risk. Miraculously, I haven't had trouble with foe Aerodactyl, who would make me very nervous about staying in.

Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Timid
252 SpA/252 Spe/6 HP
Thunderbolt
HP [Grass/Ice]
Shadow Ball
Baton Pass/Wish
Oh wow. This thing is such an underrated monster it's not funny. I always wanted to try this guy out, and my battles with him proved to be everything but amazing. He's my main Zapdos counter, as well as being able to nail Swampert and Hippowdon with HP Grass. Shadow Ball has the wonderful chance to drop Special Defense of my foes, as well as hit Cresselia and such harder than STAB Thunderbolt would. The choice between HP Grass/Ice is tricky, since Thunderbolt will OHKO Salamence after SR damage, 2HKO Zapdos, and do a hell of a lot to all things bar bulky Grasses such as Celebi (who is hit by Shadow Ball harder than HP Ice). HP Grass, however, rips through Swampert, Hippowdon, and does a fair amount to Tyranitar (not that much though). All three of them are very threatening to Specs Jolt, and for that reason, I'm thinking on staying with HP Grass. I'm probably gonna go with Wish, since Baton Pass isn't really doing much for me at all, but escaping Dugtrio and using Baton Pass on predicted Blissey switch ins to ultimately get a free Swords Dance for Scizor is interesting.

Swampert @ Choice Band
Adamant
252 HP/252 Att/6 Spe
Waterfall
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Avalanche
Another disgustingly underrated threat. CB Pert has done many great things for me, such as take out Blissey who expected Hydro Pump (lol Mixpert) or a weak EQ. Stone Edge 2HKO's most Gyarados after Stealth Rock, and Avalanche is there to nail Salamence, Flygon, and Dragonite who usually cannot OHKO me without a heavy investment in Attack and a few boosts. Sadly, Swampert has not been handling threats such as Tyranitar as kindly as I expected, which is why I was thinking about Choice Banded Machamp or even a Choice Banded Hariyama in this slot.

Rotom-H @ Choice Scarf
Bold
252 HP/252 Def/6 Spe
Trick
Overheat
Discharge
Reflect
Rotom-H is so much fun to use! Tricking a Scarf onto incoming Blissey or even opponent Rotom is frustrating...for them at least. Overheat makes this guy a decent Lucario, Heracross, and of course, Scizor counter. Discharge because paralysis support is most welcome, as is the chance to hit bulky waters such as Gyarados for super effective and for an OHKO. Reflect makes this wonderful to bring in against Gyarados since Reflect makes their Waterfalls do pathetic amounts, and Tricking a Scarf on brave Wacan Berry versions is quite fun as well. I've been wondering if the standard version with Thunder Wave or Shadow Ball > Trick could work, since I'm not always getting Lefties (which makes me sort of sad)

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Timid
252 SpA/252 Spe/6 HP
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
HP Ice
Thunderbolt
A lot of people run Trick on their Scarf Gengar, but I find him to still be a very accomplished revenge killer, and he needs all four slots in order to handle things like Salamence, Celebi, Gyarados, Suicune, etc...He's probably the oldest thing on my team, since I've been using him in basically all teams I've made due to his blistering Speed and very acceptable Special Attack. I've been having trouble with Focus Blast missing at crucial moments, which is always a drag >_>

Scizor @ Life Orb
Adamant
32 HP/252 Att/224 Spe
Swords Dance
X-Scissor
Bullet Punch
Roost
There's no other sweeper quite like Scizor. It went from being nearly unusable as a sweeper, to one of, if not the most threatening sweeper in OU. Most of Scizor's counters are weak to Stealth Rock, so once the rocks are up, this baby can lay a smack down to a lot of teams. Even after Intimidate, Bullet Punch OHKO's most Salamence after Stealth Rock is taken into account. Bullet Punch also destroys many resisted targets after a Swords Dance, 2HKOing Starmie and doing a good chunk to LO Gyarados. X-Scissor OHKO's all versions of Celebi after a Swords Dance, and OHKOs Cresselia as well. Roost is over Brick Break/Superpower sheerly for survival, and to come out on top of wars against Weavile and such. Scizor's place in this team is non-negotiable, especially with the abundance of Tyranitar who plague my team immensely. Overall, he's probably the key member of this team, as no one can sweep like him in late game (except for arguably SD Luke, but like I said, that's arguable).
Closing Thoughts
I really would like some opinions on who to replace and who to add. I've been having a very hard time trying to figure out who to put where. Rate my Team please!

<--Threat List-->
Aerodactyl- Unless it's packing Fire Fang, Scizor comes in and 2HKOs it (assuming it wields Focus Sash). My own lead Aero can pretty much just continously Taunt/SR/Stone Edge it.
Alakazam- TrickScarf Leads really irritate my Aerodactyl, but sweeper forms can also be dangerous. If it's not Scarfed, Gengar takes it out, and Rotom can live a Psychic and promptly OHKO it as well. Scizor comes in on Psychic and can either Bullet Punch or just Swords Dance up.
Azelf- Again, TrickScarf versions are ass, but sweeper forms cannot beat ScarfGar or Scizor 1 vs. 1 unless they themselves are Scarfed or posses Fire Blast.
Blissey- Swampert is the initial switch in, which is sadly not the safest. It 2HKOs it with either STAB move, and can find safe switches in many forms; Thunder Wave, Flamethrower, etc...
Breloom- Rotom-H is one of the better counters. It risks Spore (but what doesn't) and SD versions, but Overheat makes quick work of the mushroom boy ;D. Scizor also deals a hefty chunk with Bullet Punch.
Bronzong- Leads are Taunted, and Swampert beats down all versions of it thanks to Waterfall. Scizor uses Hypnosis-less versions as set up fodder. Rotom takes a huge chunk out with Overheat.
Celebi- Umm....Nothing really counters it fully =[ If it's not packing HP Fire, Scizor's gonna down it. If it's not Scarfed, Rotom's gonna hurt it, if it's any non-Special bulky version, Gengar's gonna down it. Jolteon can also deal a huge chunk with its sexy Shadow Ball.
Cresselia- Scizor Scizor Scizor Scizor Scizor =D. +2 X-Scissor OHKOs.
Donphan- Lol, is this thing still used? Unless it has Fire Fang or is CBed, Scizor beats it, or I just let Jolteon 2HKO with a predicted HP Grass (coming in on a predicted Tbolt) Swampert also rips it pretty badly.
Dragonite- Okay, so since this thing is mainly used as a wall breaker, then Rotom and Gengar have little trouble coming in and either Reflecting or HP Icing the poor Dragon. Jolteon also does a nice chunk with Specs Thunderbolt.
Dugtrio- Stop it.
Dusknoir- Jolteon and Gengar pretty much maul it, Rotom can too in fact. Swampert outspeeds and 2HKO's the overrated piece of garbage.
Electivire- Hahahaha, meet Rotom. Looking to sweep? Meet Jolteon. Want to do some weird ass lead? Meet Aerodactyl. Wanna sweep with a Motor Drive boost and you have a little less than 80% of HP? Meet Scizor! In other words, I pretty much rape it =].
Forretress- Rotom and Scizor and Swampert and Jolteon all destroy the...thing.
Gallade- Rotom and Gengar revenge kill it, as can Scizor via Bullet Punch. Thinking about it, Jolteon also can do a number with either Tbolt or Shadow Ball.
Gengar- Scizor's Bullet Punch hurts, and Swampert is 3HKO'd by LO Shadow Ball, so I'm not really afraid.
Gliscor- Swampert mauls it, as does Scizor unless its SD/Packs Fire Fang. Jolteon scares it away with the non-existant HP Ice =/.
Gyarados- Rotom and Gengar are my main insurance. Gengar outruns it after even 2 DDs, which is super sexy. Jolteon also smacks it around horribly.
Heatran- Gah, this guy is one HUGE problem. Swampert can *kinda* handle it, as can Rotom and Gengar (revenge kill) If Aero is magically alive, Aero handles it as well.
Heracross- Unless the bastard has Night Slash, Rotom rips it in two (or...burns it in two...Not by WoW BLARG) Scizor can also Bullet Punch it's head off, and Jolteon just fries the bug....So I'm not worried.
Hippowdon- Meet a 525 Attack Choice Banded STAB Waterfall >=]. Jolteon 2HKOs with HP Grass, and Rotom Scarfs it (majorly funny).
Infernape- Ugh, this is another problem. Jolteon can take it out with Thunderbolt, and Gengar does a nice chunk with Shadow Ball. Basically, just hope for those Defense drops to add up.
Jirachi- Unless it packs Grass Knot, it will not be getting past Swampert. Rotom can Scarf/Overheat it, and leads are decimated by Aerodactyl.
Jolteon- I'm not liking people copying my style of using Specs Jolteon >__> If it lacks HP Ice, Swampert makes it cry, if it does...Well then, now it's harder. Gengar and Rotom can hurt it, hoping for Scizor's Bullet Punch to do enough to kill it. This guy's hard to stop.
Kingdra- No...No...NOOOOO! Rotom tricks a Scarf onto DDers, and Jolteon goes Kamikazi style, hoping to put it into KO range for my other revenge killers.
Lucario- Gengar and Rotom really rape it, and Rotom can actually switch in safely unless it's a +2 Crunch. Overheat/Reflect make me =].
Machamp- Rotom again, but Payback REALLY hurts. Scizor can take it out after CC lowers its Defenses. Defensive Rest-Talkers are raped by Swampert.
Magnezone- Honestly, Swampert whips the robot around like a toy. Though HP Grass/Explosion can ruin this strategy. Rotom and Gengar also revenge kill Subless ones.
Mamoswine- Rotom is excellent insurance :3 As is SD Scizor, but I usually just outright Bullet Punch. Jolteon doesn't do that much with HP Grass, sadly.
Metagross- Rotom is, again, great insurance, and Scizor takes on CB'd locked Meteor Mashes/Bullet Punches and happily SD's up while finishing it off with X-Scissor.
Ninjask- < Taunt
Porygon-Z- Scizor can revenge-kill with Bullet Punch luckily. Rotom and Gengar (mainly the latter) also take it on thanks to their speed, and Jolteon outspeeds all but Scarfed versions.
Salamence- Second most threatening thing to my team, in my opinion. Gengar can OHKO it with HP Ice, unless it packs Yache ;_;. W/ SR damage, Scizor takes it out with a +1 Bullet Punch. Rotom can Reflect or Trick a Scarf onto it (not wise imo) or even hope for some Discharge.
Scizor- Not really that scary anymore. Jolteon, at full health, lives an SD Bullet Punch and promptly rapes it with Thunderbolt. Rotom is one of the better counters, as it can Reflect/Overheat the bug. Swampert is always sexy for the Bullet Punch resist.
Skarmory- Jolteon and Swampert hammer it hard, but so does Rotom and Gengar. Not at all scary if you ask me.
Snorlax- Choice Banded Pursuit can be an ASS. And the lack of a real physical fighting move hurts when this guy comes on. Curse versions usually run me over, unless I get a lucky crit, or just Trick a Scarf onto it while it Curses ;p.
Starmie- Jolteon and Rotom can switch in on all but LO/Specs Surf, and scare it off. Gengar can revenge kill it, and Scizor can 2HKO with +2 LO Bullet Punch. Swampert hammers it with CB EQ, and only fears Grass Knot.
Suicune- I immediately Trick a Scarf onto it while it CMs, then proceed to hurt it with Thunderbolt, and hopefully X-Scissor will 2HKO after an SD.
Swampert- I guess I rely a little too much on Jolteon to kill it, since the CB version is so damn beastly.
Tentacruel- Jolteon and Swampert rip it apart, nothing else really to say, sadly =/. Rotom can make it lol useless with a Scarf.
Togekiss- Eh, MixKiss rips apart Jolteon, but other than that I'm golden since both Gengar, Rotom, and Scizor can handle Extremespeed (not Flamethrower though D:)
Tyranitar- There it is. The BIGGEST threat to my team is ironically my favorite Pokemon. CB versions trap and kill Gengar and Rotom, two core members of my team. Jolteon doesn't do jack squat to it with any of its attacks, and Pursuit OHKOs as I feebly attempt to switch out. Swampert is 2HKO'd and outrun by CB Crunch. Scizor is OHKO'd by +1 LO Stone Edge, and Bullet Punch usually never OHKO's. Gengar CAN outrun it after even 2 DDs, but the CB Set just anihilates this team.
Vaporeon- Her cousin destroys her good thanks to his STAB Thunderbolt. Scizor can live non-Specs Surfs easy and SD + X-Scissor her to an early grave.
Weavile- Is massacred by either Jolteon or Scizor; whichever feels like hurting it first. Swampert also can dish out some EQ/Waterfall/Stone Edge love.
Yanmega- < Taunt.
Zapdos- If it lacks HP Grass, Swampert handles it. Jolteon takes pretty much every version honestly, it's that much of a beast.
