If you've seen it once already (before the last time you saved) you can use the pokedex to track the eon Pokemon dwon that way.

Actually frost weaver Im not saying that youre wrong its just that when I look on my pokedex he is someplace and then I finally get there hes already somewhere else the same thing happened to me on Crystal with Raikou and Entei.
