    i was wondering what a latios with a lax nature should learn, right now it has thunderbolt, recover, dragon claw, and luster purge. thanks in advance
     
    Your Latios has a +Def -Sp.Def nature. IMO, its kind of useless... A good Latios should be +Speed or +Sp.Atk.

    Latios @ Leftovers/Soul Dew/Lum berry
    Timid (Speed), Modest (Sp.Atk)
    Substitute/Calm Mind/Recover
    Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Dragon Claw
    Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Dragon Claw
    Psychic
     
    Latios@Soul Dew
    - Calm Mind
    - Recover

    - Surf

    Takes care of Anything except Shedinja.
