Latias, I think it can fight better, perform better, has a better personality and look, and is one of my favorite colors
 
Latias is adorable and has a very nice moveset. I'm going with her.
 
Latias is cuter and more outgoing (according to the anime).

Latios, though, has the badass "Look how serious I am" thing going on. Which is hard for such a cute Pokemon.

So... Latios?
 
Honestly they look almost identical. I really can't think of why you'd like one more then the other unless you prefer blue over red, vice versa.

Therefore I like them both the same. Which is not that much to begin with.
 
I would have to say Latias. She has a more outgoing and postive personality. Latios, who I still respect as a powerful Pokemon, is always serious.
