Hmm this is a tough call... I voted for both actually. Latios with Sp Atk advantage and Latias with Sp Df advantage, it all balances out.

Latias is MUCH better. Red rocks, and Latias is a girl. I like female characters, don't ask why...

I like Latias better, because it learns some better moves, and it looks more frinedly than Latios.
