I figured out the problem, it has hosted by my site, which will be down for the next few hours.

No I'm not!!!!

Everytime I click the little siggy banner thing, I get a page of weird chars, then am redirected to video mail advertising!!!

Ya you see why I don't have PHP installed. If I had a host than I would have PHP.
Anyways the wopper dude didn't steal my layout.

Only thing about 5gigs is that you can only have one account, I like 100webspace too.
 
So can you sign up by a different IP and E-mail?
