Not sure. Wait did I trade you a level 52 or 72? The 52 was hacked so I dropped it off my thread. However, the 72 has amazing IVs and HIDDEN POWER ELECTRIC! And it's 10 ANNIV Netherlands :P

I think they allow them =/ but you may want to look that up. I remember a gamestop tournament I was at allowed ubers lol.
