1. Both the Japaneese and Toy R US. Your pick. =]
2. Of course.
3. Comes at level 100, so evs would be impossible.

And you don't have to give anything in return. =P you can send a pokemon with horn drill if you want however.

Could I possibly get the EV'd Shiny starmie? I have a shiny Charizard that's ev'd. I don't know the spread or the IV's since it was gotten in a trade...
