Well, I think I finally have a decent team in mind. Here goes.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf
    Adaptability
    Modest
    252 SpAtk/ 252 Spd/ 6 HP
    -Tri-Attack
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Dark Pulse

One of my first bred Pokemon. As such, I didn't really know what I was doing, and bred him with Modest nature. Since there's not much he can outrun, I figured that I could scarf him to get past common threats.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

Dragonite @ Lum Berry/ Yache Berry
    Adamant
    252 Spd/ 200 Atk/ 56 HP
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Fire Punch/ Fire Blast
    -Earthquake

Another of my first breeding projects. As such, he was bred with Adamant. Hopefully, I can re-EV him with the given spread to get as much speed as possible. He has Fire Punch currently, but I'm not sure I should replace it with Fire Blast yet. Lum Berry for continuing Outrage, or Yache Berry for surviving Ice Beams while Outraging or setting up... I can't decide.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Electivire @ Expert Belt
    Adamant
    252 Spd/ 252 Atk/ 6 HP
    -Earthquake
    -Cross Chop
    -Ice Punch
    -Thunderpunch

Yep, this is the exact Vire that I got from PBR. I'm considering breeding him for Lonely nature and Thunderbolt.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Dusknoir @ Lefties
    Careful
    252 HP/ 76 Def/ 180 SDef
    -Fire Punch/ Thunderpunch
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Will o' Wisp
    -Pain Split

My Special Wall. He has Fire Punch, but I'm not sure if I should replace it with Thunderpunch.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Rhyperior @ Lefties
    Solid Rock
    Impish
    252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 Atk
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Megahorn
    -Stealth Rock

I needed a Stealth Rocker and a Physical tank, and Rhyperior fits the bill quite nicely. I think...

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Starmie @ Lefties
    Natural Cure
    Timid
    172 HP/ 120 SpAtk/ 216 Spd
    -Ice Beam/ Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    -Rapid Spin
    -Surf

Meh, I need a Rapid Spinner. On a side note, Starmie is the only Pokemon here that hasn't been bred yet.

    Tear it up, guys.

Donphan is also a physical tank (or wall, whatever) Who can both Stealth Rock & Rapid Spin. (And steal hits with Ice Shard :P)

    Just a suggestion.

I'm gonna be honest, most of it looks pretty good, though, I'm not too keen on Rhyperior using stealth rock, or Starmie using rapid spin. I think you may want to consider Foretress, as a spiker, and a rapid spinner. (Two, two jobs in one! *echo*) He's got good typing and way above average defense and HP. He should be able to soak in some hits (especially earthquake), just make sure he stays away from flamethrower, which really shouldn't be that much of a problem seeing as fire is fairly uncommon. And when he's about to kick the bucket, explode. Just a suggestion - I'll leave all the uber criticism to everyone else. I'm too lazy. x]

My Rhyperior has substitute, outside of that it's almost a mirror image of your Rhyperior. I like sub on him because in some cases they take two hits to bring down, and if you're able to force a switch, subbing with him can be really beneficial. Just make sure his DEF and HP are up to par. Another option is avalanche, since Rhyperior goes second almost always, it's basically like pounding your opponent with blizzard, minus the craptastic accuracy. Hope this helps.

Well, I think I finally have a decent team in mind. Here goes.

    Porygon-Z @ Choice Specs
    Adaptability
    Timid
    252 SpAtk/ 252 Spd/ 6 HP
    -Tri-Attack
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Dark Pulse

    Dragonite @ Yache Berry
    Adamant
    252 Spd/ 200 Atk/ 56 HP
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw
    -Fire Punch/ Fire Blast
    -Earthquake

Another of my first breeding projects. As such, he was bred with Adamant. Hopefully, I can re-EV him with the given spread to get as much speed as possible. He has Fire Punch currently, but I'm not sure I should replace it with Fire Blast yet. Lum Berry for continuing Outrage, or Yache Berry for surviving Ice Beams while Outraging or setting up... Outrage can mess Dragonite up. Pokemon with an enormous defense and resist the Dragon type will get a switch in and you will be unable to switch out. Lets say you use Outrage - the opponent will switch into a Pokemon like Steelix. Outrage will get its power cut and do minimal damage - you will be unable to switch out or use an alternative move. And before you know it. Your team will get Stealth Rocked and Roared away before Outrage ends.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Electivire @ Expert Belt
    Lonely
    252 Spd/ 252 Atk/ 6 HP
    -Earthquake
    -Cross Chop
    -Ice Punch
    -Thunderbolt

Yep, this is the exact Vire that I got from PBR. I'm considering breeding him for Lonely nature and Thunderbolt. You do that =D.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Dusknoir @ Lefties
    Careful
    252 HP/ 76 Def/ 180 SDef
    -Thunderpunch
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Will o' Wisp
    -Pain Split

My Special Wall. He has Fire Punch, but I'm not sure if I should replace it with Thunderpunch.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Rhyperior @ Lefties
    Solid Rock
    Impish
    252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 Atk
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Megahorn
-Stealth Rock / Substitute / Rock Polish / Avalanche

I needed a Stealth Rocker and a Physical tank, and Rhyperior fits the bill quite nicely. I think... Speed Boosting moves on a Tanking pokemon are beastly >:O

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Starmie @ Life Orb
    Natural Cure
    Timid
    252 SAttack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
    -Icebeam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Rapid Spin
    -Surf

Meh, I need a Rapid Spinner. On a side note, Starmie is the only Pokemon here that hasn't been bred yet. Starmie won't be taking many hits with a 60 HP and below average defenses. No need for recover.

    Tear it up, guys.

Fixes in bold... Need i say more?

    Starmie @Life Orb/ Petyta Berry
    Natural Cure
    Timid
    120 HP/ 132 SpAtk/ 252 Spd
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Substitute
    -Surf

Yeah, I think I'll replace Starmie with Forretress, and maybe put Rock Polish on Rhyperior.

Oh, I forgot to ask before, but who should I use as a lead? I'm not sure Porygon is right for the job.

I take it you want a solid, fast special sweeper? Or a fast Pokemon in general? Consider Alakazam, Gengar, or Jolteon for special. Heck, maybe even Weavile to start. He strikes fear into almost all that oppose him. Basically you have to stand and fight him, unless you want pursuited. Just a few more suggestions. =]

Ohhh. Well, a normal Pokemon isn't a bad lead. He's only got one weakness, even if he is a bit slow. It's all about battle and testing. Try him out as lead a few times, and if he gets picked off pretty quickly, then play around with some other Pokemon in your team as lead and try to find the best Pokemon for the job.

give porygon less speed and more HP. it's gonna need to be able to take hits once in a while.

i'm tired of that same electivire set ._. -- i gave mine taunt and it's a complete monster + lefovers. less speed and more hp.

i wouldn't give rhyperior a full physical set aside from SR. i'd give it protect to scout for moves.

Oh, I forgot to ask before, but who should I use as a lead? I'm not sure Porygon is right for the job.

Maybe it's because I run a stall team in general, but ever since Weavile came into existence, I always use a defensive lead. Porygon-Z can do a nice job with Choice Scarf, but up against a Heracross lead you may be taking a risk - some people use Adamant + Choice Scarf, in which Modest Scarf Z will easily outrun and OHKO with Psychic (if you should use that move instead of Dark Pulse), but if you're facing a more careful battler, a Jolly Scarfcross will outrun you to the OHKO.

Same thing for Weavile - most Weavile leads pack a Focus Sash, so even if you do manage an OHKO somehow, your efforts may be in vain.

Looking at your team, Dragonite would be the best lead. He's surprisingly bulky, so he wouldn't take too much damage from a Pursuit, and Ice attacks you can flee from with ease.

And on that note, be really careful when you see a Weavile, since besides Rhyperior, most of your team crumbles to him. Dusknoir can scare him away with Will-O-Wisp, but he takes a bit too much damage from a Night Slash, or if you're unlucky enough to switch him out on a Pursuit.

You're right about the Weavile weakness. A friend of mine swept my entire team with a Focus Sashed Weavile. :( (although I didn't have my entire team at that point: I was using Porygon, Dnite, Gallade, Vire, Slowbro, and Dusknoir)

Perhaps I could replace Starmie with Metagross? Bullet Punch would be great for finishing off pesky Focus Sashers.

Starmie is a particularly bad Rapid Spinner; it'll take enough pain from the spikes/stealth rck on their own.

Well, I think I finally have a decent team in mind. Here goes.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf
    Adaptability
    Modest
    252 SpAtk/ 252 Spd/ 6 HP
    -Tri-Attack
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Dark Pulse

    Fine

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

Dragonite @ Lum Berry/ Yache Berry
    Lonely
    252 Spd/ 200 Atk/ 56 HP
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Fire Blast
    -Earthquake

Outrage is good people, take out their steel types seeing as that is the only things that fully resist it who will fail to Fire Blast regardless. Once you get in a couple of DD's you can sweep near entire teams once their physical wall/ steel dies. Just dont use Outrage early in game, its for late game sweeping and you have seen or know that their counter is dead, just watch out for Focus Sashers, just make sure you have stealth rock up to prevent this from happening, which it should as Stealth Rock should be up for late game.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Electivire @ Expert Belt
    Adamant
    252 Spd/ 252 Atk/ 6 HP
    -Earthquake
    -Cross Chop
    -Ice Punch
    -Thunderpunch

Its up to you although both Thunderbolt/Thunderpunch function equally, T-Bolt may be better due to skarm and if you get Will-o-Wisp'd by mistake, it doesnt loose its sweeping power as bad with Thunderbolt.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Dusknoir @ Lefties
    Careful
    252 HP/ 76 Def/ 180 SDef
    -Thunderpunch
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Will o' Wisp
    -Pain Split

Thunderpuch as Taunt Gyarados will LOL at you otherwise.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Rhyperior @ Lefties
    Solid Rock
    Impish
    252 HP/ 252 Def / 6 Atk
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Megahorn
    -Stealth Rock

    Looks Fine

    [PokeCommunity.com] Lawl RMT

    Starmie @ Lefties
    Natural Cure
    Timid
    172 HP/ 120 SpAtk/ 216 Spd
    -Ice Beam/ Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    -Rapid Spin
    -Surf

With evs in HP this can take hits really well with base 85 Defense its actually really Bulky and why people say Rapid Spin fails on Starmie is beyond me because its one of the best at it if you actually know what your doing ._.. Take damage from Stealth Rock or Spikes, Rapid Spin and Recover on the switch, rinse and repeat, its that simple (It actaully has Recover so you can actually take damage from stealth rock/Spikes repeatedly and remove them repeatedly).Ice Beam if you fear Garchomp and Dragons etc or Thunderbolt for Gyarados and other water types. If you are using Starmie as a Rapid Spinner, use Starmie as a Rapid Spinner; by that I mean don't let its 100 Base Special Attack, great Special movepool and the "special-attacker aura" therefore associated with it fool you

    Changes and comments in bold.
